Therapy Group for Performing Artists
When the curtain falls, who holds you?
Performing artists know what it means to give everything—to show up with poise and presence, even when your inner world feels messy or uncertain.
This group offers a space to explore what happens behind the performance: the self-doubt, the pressure to be perfect, the crash after the high, and the longing to be seen.
A 12-week, in-person therapy group in NYC designed for performers, musicians, dancers, and other creative professionals who want to:
Explore themselves as an artist and work through what gets in the way - on stage, in rehearsal or internally
Practice psychological techniques to enhance their performance and to cope with issues such as performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, thirst for validation, and depression
Learn how to metabolize criticism and move through rejection
Feel supported by others who live with similar intensity and passion
This is not a class or a critique—it’s a therapeutic space for reflection, connection, and self-renewal.
